COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Getriebebau Nord SK320-71 S/4 SO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hi-lo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Good-Year parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Graham/seisa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hi-lo such as the 255A1BORE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14GTR330468 manufactured by Good-Year and we are pleased to be able to service most Good-Year systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPP036MH2S by Manufacturer Graham/seisa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Horton Brand 800111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grove such as TM2243 equipment made by Grove have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grove products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grove" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2050090707 made by Grove as well as the popular 4255B55A32H7GG original spares produced by Hbe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7037 by Gtsa and TM2243 spares by Grove are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LS1300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horsburgh--Scott. |
